the worst shipping i have ever seen!
I cannot use the boxes to sell my cups in so i have to buy boxes, meaning I saved n othing by using your company!
The boxws were all taped together rather than just putting them into a box and then shipping them. (I'm trying to pull up my photos of the horribly wrecked and damaged boxes). I will say that the cups themselves were ok. Packed like this though, who knows what kind of shape they may be in next time. Its just not worth the risk to order from you when I have to purchase boxes and they arrived in such disrepair. The companies I purchase from now have never, ever sent me such horribly packaged items! (The Stainless Depot & The Steel Magnolia will have me as a lifetime customer. I was hoping to add you to the mix....one more chance?? I'll have to think about it because they were really bad!)(sorry for the typing--I broke, crushed, and nearly cut off some fingers in an accident a couple of weeks ago.)

This looks great! I've just had a cold drink in it, it kept it cool. I'm having a hot drink in it, and it seems to keep it warm. Not as good as a Thermos cup, but twice the size! Happy with the purchase and will buy again (depending on longevity).
