Individual tumbler boxes are nice and straws with cleaner are individually packaged in each cup box as opposed to a nag with a ton of straws I need to wrap in bubble wrap before sending with cup.

3 lids are cracked, one cup did not accept the ink. (Curious) The cup box was packed inside a much larger box, therefore pkg was jostled around, the straws are too short. What is happening??! I love tumbler bulk but it seems the quality is wavering.

While the product is good, the way that it is shipped is something that really needs to be addressed. The box came barely holding itself together and lucky that all of the product was in it. It is obvious to me that it was shipped that same way. The box could not have gone through that much to be damaged to that extent. Please take the time to properly package your product before you ship it out.
