Product as expected however the lid is redesigned and is harder to use. There is no vent hole so pouring is more difficult. Also, just like with the previous batch I ordered, the lid cracked the first time I used a hot liquid.

Super disappointed in how my product arrived. Literally 2 bundles of 5 tumbler boxes tapped together.... what? You couldn't ship them in a box together? I was hoping to use the boxes for shipments or to give people their tumblers in the box they came in. However the boxes are destroyed and not presentable to use thanks to the massive amounts of packing tape used to hold the boxes together ♂️
